Positive and vibrant energy are needed to make the home a brighter and better place for all. It is equally important to go to great lengths in keeping the home full of good and positive vibes. Magnifying the positivity levels also play an important role. There are numerous ways in which caregivers and residents can uplift the mood and surroundings of the home to make it more happier and positive. Some of the ways in which positive energy can be uplifted are mentioned below.
Sunlight –
This is the most required source of energy and is high in Vitamin D and elevates the happiness levels of individuals of all ages. It has the potential to reverse illness and aging and make one feel youthful and lively. Cleaning the glass windows and ensuring full ventilation for almost 7-8 hours in a day is needed and sunlight can kill all the germs present inside the house and is a form of disinfectant.
2. De- Clutter –
Staying at home is fun but decluttering the home surroundings such as bathrooms, storerooms, bedrooms, kitchen cabinets, shelves and cupboards can add and enhance cleanliness and hygiene within the home. These lead to cleaner and calmer surroundings without any dirt and germ factors that may cause health related risks. This would help getting rid of things which are no longer useful and serves as a utilitarian purpose of finding new things for the home.
3. Sea-Salt Water Cleansing –
Mopping the entire house with sea-salt water reduces all the negative energy. The addition of some fresh air-spray to keep the home space smelling fresh throughout the day.
4. Flowers and Plants –
The color green from plants and flowers, provides a sense of calmness and warmth. It livens up the space and plants are known well for detoxification and purification of the air they are placed in. They are instant mood boosters and also provide good harmonious They have even aromatherapeutic properties.
5. Healing Crystals –
These days crystals are known to add positive vibes to the home. Rose quartz, Amethyst and Amber collectively known as crystal heaven uplift the environment surrounding the home. Depending on the color of the crystal, a particular vibration is given by a particular stone. Birthstones too provide similar properties are proven to improve positivity levels in the house.
