Savoury Muffin

Ingredients: savoury savoury

• Refined flour- 275 gm
• Baking powder- 10 gm
• Mix herb sprinkle- 10 gm
• Soda bicarbonate- 04 gm
• Salt- 05 gm
• Mustard powder- 05 gm
• Process cheese (optional)- 50 gm
• Process cheese diced- 50 gm
• Vegetable oil- 90 gm
• Yogurt- 200 gm
• Milk- 100 ml
• Worcestershire sauce- 20 ml

Method:

1. Mix together flour + baking powder + soda + salt & mustard powder in a bowl.
2. In a separate bowl, mix the cheese, oil, yogurt, milk, & sauce.
3. Combine all the ingredients & divide between the muffin cases in the muffin tin.
4. Place in the oven for 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown.
5. Remove & cool slightly on a rack.

Garnish & Serve with sauce of your choice.
