Wellness is no longer just linked for the elderly and the aged, it has gained newfound importance even amidst the younger generations and now to say ageless indeed. It is a conscious practice for enhancing well-being, personal growth and advancement at various stages and levels of life. Many wellness and development centers have grown and as per the research reports under CGH Earth Wellness Centres, the demand for this type of travel has increased by 50% from foreign countries such as Russia and Europe who have the highest number of tourists opting for this travel.

  • Personal Growth – Promotion of personal growth, some centers and retreats offer various experiences. Some are offering meditation experiences and others spirituality and holistic ones. Traveling alone and experiencing these would offer this enhancement.
