Ingredients:
- Refined flour- 275 gm
- Baking powder- 10 gm
- Mix herb sprinkle- 10 gm
- Soda bicarbonate- 04 gm
- Salt- 05 gm
- Mustard powder- 05 gm
- Process cheese (optional)- 50 gm
- Process cheese diced- 50 gm
- Vegetable oil- 90 gm
- Yogurt- 200 gm
- Milk- 100 ml
- Worcestershire sauce- 20 ml
Method:
- Mix together flour + baking powder + soda + salt & mustard powder in a bowl.
- In a separate bowl, mix the cheese, oil, yogurt, milk, & sauce.
- Combine all the ingredients & divide between the muffin cases in the muffin tin.
- Place in the oven for 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove & cool slightly on a rack.
Garnish & Serve with sauce of your choice.
