Ingredients

  • Maida – 120gm
  • Besan – 60gm
  • Suji – 30gm
  • Powdered Sugar – 90gm
  • Desi Ghee – 90gm
  • Baking Soda – 1/2 tsp
  • Cardamom powder – 1/2 tsp
  • Sliced Pista for garnishing

Method

  • Sift together maida, besan and suji.
  • Cream together ghee (should be chilled) and powdered sugar till its creamy.
  • Add baking soda & cardamom powder.
  • Mix all dry ingredients and make a dough.
  • Refrigerate this dough for at least 30 minutes & then roll into desired shape.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 160°C for 20 minutes.
  • Cool and store in an airtight container.
