Ingredients
- Maida – 120gm
- Besan – 60gm
- Suji – 30gm
- Powdered Sugar – 90gm
- Desi Ghee – 90gm
- Baking Soda – 1/2 tsp
- Cardamom powder – 1/2 tsp
- Sliced Pista for garnishing
Method
- Sift together maida, besan and suji.
- Cream together ghee (should be chilled) and powdered sugar till its creamy.
- Add baking soda & cardamom powder.
- Mix all dry ingredients and make a dough.
- Refrigerate this dough for at least 30 minutes & then roll into desired shape.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 160°C for 20 minutes.
- Cool and store in an airtight container.
