Trends come and go, but shorts will always be a summertime must. This summer season we’re seeing new short shapes inspired by the Spring 2022 runways. There are even a couple of pairs that are ideal for relaxing around the home or as beach cover-ups. As we continue to work from homes as some companies have given this choice to the employees, there are more options than ever before to wear shorts, and we don’t just mean on weekends.

Trouser Shorts

You don’t have to leave the house to experiment with the trouser short trend. The Bermuda style has returned for another summer and has been spotted all over the Springs runways for the previous two years.

Denim Shorts

These are all-time favorites and need no introduction. Providing you with the casual attitude as your straight-leg denim, denim shorts come with the added benefit of keeping you cool and breezy when it’s hot outdoors. Not to mention, denim shorts have limitless fashion possibilities, by pairing it up with a baby tee, long boots, or baggy cutoffs with suede clogs.

Paperbag Shorts

Paperbag shorts are next on the list. They are not only comfy but also with their high-waist scrunched style, they add the most liked style quotient to your look. Pair the sneakers and crop tops, and you are all set for a spring day outing.

Comber Shorts

When it comes to mixing style with comfort, these should be your go-to. Mostly made of hosiery and cotton, these will be your weekend choices not only in spring but also in summer.

Cargo Shorts

If you adore gear like boiler suits, carpenter pants, and mechanic coats, a pair of classic khaki cargo shorts should be next on your list. This season’s collection of deep pockets styles returns to its simple silhouette beginnings, with neutral hues and traditional detailing.
