HOT CHOCOLATE:

Ingredients:

*1 & 3/4 cups milk 

*90 grams Chopped Chocolate 

*1/4 cup Tetra pack cream 

*1/2 tsp Vanilla Essence 

*Pinch of salt 

*1 tbsp slightly heaped cocoa powder (mix in 1/3 cup warm water)

*2 tbsp brown sugar 

*Cream for decoration 

*1/2 cup mini Marshmallows for decoration 

*2 tbsp chocolate sauce for drizzle 

*2 glasses or cups 

Method:

In a saucepan add chocolate, cream and brown sugar. Cook on low flame and keep stirring till chocolate is melted. Now add milk, cocoa mixture, salt and vanilla essence. Cook on low flame till it comes to a boil. Remove from the heat and pour into the glasses. Top with marshmallows and cream. Drizzle over chocolate sauce. Enjoy!
