1. Ms. Richa Jaggi is the Co-founder and Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) of Awshad , a South Delhi based medical cannabis start-up- Richa is a dynamic business leader, TEDx speaker and an award-winning marketing and strategy specialist with 10+ years of rich cross-category and cross-sectoral experience with various leading global brands. She has also presented a case study on Awshad during her Leadership Program at Harvard Business School.
Richa has also guided the students of Masters’ Union through her session on Brand and Marketing Challenge. , Richa leads the marketing and strategy team of the brand, and is responsible for all the creative campaigns, digital marketing and brand building efforts to enable the brand to scale to new heights. She is bringing her comprehensive 360-degree experience across all major paradigms of marketing, and is at the heart of Awshad driving it forward with deep insights, creativity, storytelling and data.
2. Ms. Shalu Jha is the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer at PRandit Solutions Pvt. Ltd, a pioneering media-tech company dedicated to innovative communication strategies. With over eight years of industry experience, Shalu is a dynamic leader recognized for her vision and leadership. She has been selected as a top woman entrepreneur in tech by prestigious programs such as Google for Startups; Level Up and AWS’s AccelerateHer.
Before founding PRandit Solution, she worked with renowned agencies in Delhi-NCR, where she spearheaded media strategies for corporates, brands, and startups. Under her leadership, PRandit has successfully managed media and strategic communications for over 150 clients and has been recognized as one of the ‘10 Most Promising PR Agencies 2021’ by SiliconIndia.
3. Ms. Ankita Mittal, Chief Executive Officer at Enhanced Innovations, a tech and innovation startup- Ankita has over 14 years of experience in sustainable development, digital inclusion and ESG advisory. An electronics and communications engineer, she started her career with research management in the telecom sector in New Delhi in 2008. Ankita is a 2013 alumna of the Indian School of Business. Ankita’s stint at TTC played a major role in shaping her understanding of the grassroot level challenges for access to healthcare and contributed to the initial thought behind Phloton and the direction for Enhanced Innovations.
An avid problem solver, she has a keen interest in green technology and its vast potential to drive inclusive change. In her spare time, she loves to travel to new geographies, learn new languages and experience different cultures.
