On World Women Entrepreneurship Day, we celebrate the women who turn ideas into impact and challenges into opportunities.
These are the women who lead with courage, create with purpose, and build with heart.
Today, we bring you powerful thoughts from three incredible women entrepreneurs—each sharing a voice that reflects passion, persistence, and possibility.
Their journeys remind us that when women rise, economies rise, societies rise, and futures transform.
Uttara Talapatra,

Women have always been celebrated as fantastic multi-taskers. And for most of us, this is absolutely true, purely because of the multiple hats we wear on a daily basis.
As an entrepreneur, this gets amplified manifold. As business complexities increase, the juggling gets more intense and incessant.
So the one mantra I recommend all women entrepreneurs to follow, is to consciously remember to decompress from time to time. Because a rejuvenated and rested brain comes up with better and more creative solutions. It also helps your body to recover and for you to look and feel your best. In the beauty business, that’s also an important consideration.
So, while you walk the talk, remember to ensure that you can perform at your peak for a long time!

Ishita Misra,

“In beauty, innovation requires a deliberate space of mind – an intentional pause to envision our brand’s trajectory beyond daily execution. As a woman founder, my core strength is balance. As women, we are born managers, the same nurturing heart we use to grow family and community becomes the purpose-driven engine for our business.
This belief shapes our growth mantra: starts by drawing strength from our local ecosystem, stays unwavering in delivering on our promise to every customer, and ultimately, commits to lifting the next generation of women entrepreneurs. The journey is demanding and often a delicate juggling act, yet the transformation we undergo along the way is nothing short of extraordinary.”

Ms Gazall B Kothari,

“As a woman founder, I’ve learned that entrepreneurship is not built on big victories—it’s built on small acts of courage repeated every single day. I started Leafoberryy as a mother, a formulator, and a woman who simply believed that her story deserved space. And that’s my message to every woman today: your intuition is your superpower. Listen to it even when the world is loud. Build from your truth, not from fear. There will be setbacks, doubts, and days when you feel invisible—yet those are the days shaping your grit. Keep walking. Keep creating. And remember, your journey is uniquely yours. Own it with grace, discipline, and a little stubborn self-belief, because you are far more powerful than you think.”
