Qualifying criteria:
1. The entrant should be a female founder, co-founder, or in a significant leadership role in the business. Specify the level of ownership or leadership required.
2 The business must be a legally registered entity in its respective jurisdiction. It should have been in operation for a minimum of 1 year to demonstrate sustainability and credibility. Owns at least 51% of the Company’s shares. Entrant should be Permanent Resident of India and above the age of 18.

2. The entrant is accountable for verifying the accuracy and truthfulness of all information. Participants will receive an email confirmation once the submissions have been received.

01. 24 Womenshine Trailblazers in 2024: Celebrating Extraordinary Women Paving the Way is open to women entrepreneurs who meet the specified eligibility criteria, which will be clearly defined on the website.
02. Entrants must provide accurate and complete information as requested in the Award enquiry form
03. The deadline for submitting entries is 31st March 2024 as mentioned on the website. Entries received after the deadline will not be considered.
04. Entries will be judged based on predetermined criteria, which will be publicly available on the website, such as innovation, impact, sustainability, etc.
05. The judging process, including the composition of the jury panel and the timeline for judging, will be transparent and detailed on the website.
07. Any confidential or sensitive information shared by entrants will be treated with discretion and will not be disclosed to third parties.
08. Entrants may be disqualified for reasons outlined on the website, including plagiarism, fraud, or violation of the rules.
9. Womenshine reserves the right to make changes to the terms and conditions and to cancel the Award function in unforeseen circumstances.
10. Womenshine may use the names and business information of entrants and winners for promotional purposes as described on the website.
11. Womenshine is not responsible for any damages or losses incurred by entrants during the Award process.
