CRISPY NACHOS GREEN SALAD By Chef Neelima Kapoor

Ingredients:

 

6-8 pieces Nachos

1 no. Red Capsicum

1 no. Yellow Capsicum 1 bunch Fresh Lettuce

¼ cup American Corns 8-10 Black Olives

1 tbsp. Chaat Masala

For Dressing

1 tsp. Lemon Juice 1 tsp. Salad Oil

½ tsp. White Pepper Powder

½ tsp. Salt

1 tsp. Honey

For Topping

1 tbsp. Fresh Cream 1 tbsp. Mayonnaise

Method

  1. Cut the red and yellow capsicum into Julian shape.
  2. Cut the lettuce into strips.
  3. Mix all the vegetables and American corn in a bowl.
  4. Prepare dressing by mixing all the dressing ingredients well.
  5. Pour the dressing over the vegetables and mix well.
  6. Arrange nachos in a serving dish.
  7. Put some salad over the nachos.
  8. Put cream and mayonnaise mixture on top of the salad and top it with olives.
  9. Sprinkle some chaat masala and the Crispy Nachos Green Salad is ready for serving.

Note:

You can make thin papdi of maida, instead of nachos.
