Ingredients:
6-8 pieces Nachos
1 no. Red Capsicum
1 no. Yellow Capsicum 1 bunch Fresh Lettuce
¼ cup American Corns 8-10 Black Olives
1 tbsp. Chaat Masala
For Dressing
1 tsp. Lemon Juice 1 tsp. Salad Oil
½ tsp. White Pepper Powder
½ tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Honey
For Topping
1 tbsp. Fresh Cream 1 tbsp. Mayonnaise
Method
- Cut the red and yellow capsicum into Julian shape.
- Cut the lettuce into strips.
- Mix all the vegetables and American corn in a bowl.
- Prepare dressing by mixing all the dressing ingredients well.
- Pour the dressing over the vegetables and mix well.
- Arrange nachos in a serving dish.
- Put some salad over the nachos.
- Put cream and mayonnaise mixture on top of the salad and top it with olives.
- Sprinkle some chaat masala and the Crispy Nachos Green Salad is ready for serving.
Note:
You can make thin papdi of maida, instead of nachos.
