Why is there a need to be a kid again? In this manic world, we all are busy with work, responsibilities, and vice-versa. Running around this headless chicken will only bring boredom and depression. If we are small kids then we let things go. Dil toh baccha hai ji is a term that gets the kid in us alive. She usually conducts various interactive activities to have a balanced environment during office hours. As the office is our second home and the people are the same as family members, we often create reels on Instagram for entertainment and stress-boosting activities on weekends to get fresh energy to work and have an energetic start.

Being a marketing head, she is strict and professional with work but wins the hearts of all the employees with her sweet kiddish nature that cherishes the minds of people around her. Sometimes, she acts like a kid while guiding others which makes others happy and more confident.
