If you are a normal person then a morning walk is needed to be fit.  Fresh air from the morning walk, a nutritious diet with vegetables, regular exercises, sound sleep, and proper rest is necessary for good health. And if you are a sportsperson then you should know the needs of your body it could be good sleep, good nutrition , good rest and meditation.
