When I was 4, my mom gave me cake batter to mix and stir and I never knew that day would develop a love of baking cakes in me. I am not allowed to cook anything on fire as I m still a kid. So I chose the microwave to fulfil my passion for cooking. It gave me the idea of making cakes. Another thing I would like to mention is that I am not allowed to spend more time in the kitchen. So I always try quick recipes that give marvellous results. My brownies are served as a sweet dish to our guests and my mom relaxes as she doesn’t have to work on preparing desserts. I am so glad that my younger sister also loves my brownies.
