> I am a home baker in Lucknow Rajajipuram. My baking journey was started frm my childhood when I was in 8 th class. At that time sanjeev kapoor and Tarla dalal show was on higher mod. I baked cake spong, tea time cakes by seeing that show. At that time we didn’t have option of recording so I wrote the recipe.
> After my completion of intermediate, I came Lucknow and took some bakery classes. After marriage all my passion went slow down but in lockdown I saw some online classes of baking. I took that class and started baking again. Every one praised a lot abt the taste of my cakes. Once my daughter (9 years) at that time told mea why don’t u open your bakery. I was shocked and refused her by saying , it’s not easy to open a bakery. But after that I started thinking about it and God blessed me and now I am a home baker. Recently I went to Bombay to do some advance cake classes from one of the top home baker of Cakelogy. Now I take 20+ cookery and bakery classes also.cipe.
