Women face many challenges in every field and step of their life. Fighting for their rights, society’s stereotypes, and their freedom. Encouraging women through education at a professional level, accepting their opinions, and providing them with the right whatever they desire. Standing with high designations in this male dominating society is difficult for women as they face many challenges and hurdles in this glass-ceiling world. Despite these challenges, women are achieving greater heights in their fields.
Getting employed in the sector has its pros and cons. Working women lead a life of dual responsibilities. Women still have traditional roles to fulfil and prefer a career to avoid domestic drudgery. A gender bias creates an obstacle at the recruitment stage itself.
During my six-year tenure in the corporate world, I had a positive and enriching experience. The professional environment taught me the value of punctuality and discipline. It has improved my skills and contributed to my personality development. I encountered several challenges by working and collaborating with my team members. Establishing strong rapport and harmonious relationships within the team was crucial. Rather than focusing on the challenges and problems, I aim to overcome them by identifying solutions.
It is essential to effectively manage our tasks, prioritize our time, and establish a well-structured schedule by approaching our responsibilities with a calm and rejuvenated mindset, we can thoroughly analyze situations and make informed decisions about our next steps. Seizing the right opportunities at the appropriate moment is crucial to achieving favourable outcomes.
In the pursuit of success, employee motivation plays a vital role by creating a supportive atmosphere, team members are motivated to excel in their work and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
