Bandarful 

Bandarful originated from Chikmagalur, an artisanal cold-brew coffee liqueur, with its mischievous and vibrant  identity it turns your cocktail experience into a joyful adventure. Recipe – That Monkey Mellow 

Ingredients: 

30 ML Bandarful  

15 ML Caramel Sauce 

15 ML Coconut Cream 

1 Marshmallow for Garnish 

Glass: Edible Waffle Kulhad / Glass 

Method: 

Step 1- Mix all the ingredients in a shaker filled with ice. 

Step 2 – Strain the mixture and pour it into the edible waffle glass / Kulhad. 

Step 3- Pin the marshmallow to a fine toothpick, burn it well and garnish the drink with it. Jin Jiji

Pickled Brine –30ml 

Coriander -hand full

Cucumber syrup-15ml 

Method 

Step – 1 

Prepare this captivating cocktail by first muddling the chili and fresh coriander leaves together, allowing the flavors  to mingle and meld.  

Step – 2 

Add ice along with Jin JIJI India Dry Gin, pickled brine and the cucumber syrup. Shake the mixture vigorously,  infusing it with a lively effervescence. 

Step – 3
