From warm, spicy blends to refreshing citrus notes, these artisanal spirits – Jin Jiji, Bandarful, and Kumaon & I – will transform your holiday table into a sophisticated yet fun celebration of nature’s bounty. 

Bandarful   

Bandarful is an artisanal cold-brew coffee liqueur made from Arabica coffee beans handpicked from coffee estates of Chikmagalur. It creates a rich aroma and bold flavor combination with a hint of mischievousness. This festive season brings a playful twist to the season. The sweet and savory taste of Bandarful come together harmoniously, creating a symphony of tastes that dance on your plate. Bandarful is a perfect element for your cocktail with cozy evenings surrounded by your loved ones. 

Cocktail Name– Hot Butter Coffee 

Ingredients:

  • Bandarful – 45ml 
  • Salted Butter – One scoop  
  • Blended with Cinnamon, Cardamom, Star Anis & Nutmeg 
  • Cream-30ml 

Method – 

  • Step 1- Mix butter, blended spice, cream and Bandarful.  
  • Step 2- Steam the mixture well until they combine well and are hot  
  • Step 3- Pour the hot butter coffee into a rock glass, garnishing it with burn coffee husk 

Jin Jiji 

Jin Jiji India Dry Gin captures the vibrant diversity of Indian spices in every sip. With ingredients of our classic Indian Masala Chai like ginger, cardamom and clove this gin takes you on an exciting journey through ancient Indian flavors. On the palate Jin JiJi Darjeeling has a warm assertive spicey character that tastes of herbs, orris and ginger with a lingering citrus and tea brightness making it the perfect companion for house parties and festive celebrations. 

Cocktail Name – An X’Mas Voyage 

Ingredients: 

  • Jin Jiji Darjeeling -45ml 
  • Homemade Forest Berry Wine-45ml 
  • Citric acid -5ml 

Method – 

  • Step 1- In a mixing glass combine Jin Jiji Darjeeling, homemade forest berry wine, and citric acid.  
  • Step 2- Stir the mixture until combined well.  
  • Step 3- Pour the cocktail into a rock glass. 
  • Step 4- Garnish it with edible pearls and an edible flash paper boat for a unique and festive presentation. 

Kumaon & I 

Kumaon & I, India’s first provincial dry gin, brings a burst of rustic charm to your festivities. Picture a lively celebration with a delicious spread of dishes, all enhanced by the vibrant flavors of 11 botanicals in every sip of a Kumaon & I. Cocktail Name – The Pahadi Prowler 

Ingredients: 

  • Kumaon & I – 45ml 
  • Rhododendron and Pineapple syrup -22.5ml 
  • Citrus-10ml 
  • Protein wash 

Method-

  • Step 1- In a mixing glass, combine Kumaon & I, rhododendron and pineapple syrup, citrus, and protein wash. Stir the mixture until well combined. 
  • Step 2- Pour the cocktail into a coupe glass. 
  • Step 3- Garnish with a pineapple leaf for a touch of elegance.
