In India FSSAI, BIS APEDA, and QCI play a very important role to ensure safe food in the Indian marketplace. All packed products required an FSSAI Licence number for trade and the application of these standards and regulations made food fit for consumption.

Being Consumers this is bearing responsibility for all of us to be aware of our food choices and understand the information on labelling.
