Leave me alone! I don’t wanna talk! It is my life! These phrases are often heard by kids like us, right? Mate it’s not just you, it’s all the people going through this very volatile phase of life called the “ teenage “! We use these harsh phrases and then often regret using them in the first place. Then we curse life for not having a time machine so one could turn back time, but you know what? life might not offer a time machine but it does offer something called “future”. So stop crying about spilt milk! be optimistic and look ahead. Teenage could also be blissful if you live it the right way. Here is how :

“There is always light at the end of the tunnel “ but what we require the most, presently is to have the patience to escape the darkness of that tunnel, the courage to battle our fears and be receptive towards the clues that will lead us to the end of that tunnel.

1. PATIENCE

Peaceful calm beautiful woman with long curly haircut, close eyes breathing, getting rid anxiety and worries, stand stress-free hold hands zen, reach nirvana, meditating smiling relieved and relaxed.

Leo Tolstoy once said, “ The two most powerful warriors are patience and time “. What makes one’s sweet sixteen bitter is conflicts. Why does one indulge in them, because you can’t wait to prove yourself right, you can’t wait to give your argument, you just want everything as quickly as possible! Your life would become easier if you were just a bit more patient. Patience and time are best friends, patience will always lead you to a good time to express yourself. If you want to win a situation, you first need to know what you want from that situation and patience will give you that enlightenment. All difficult times have one thing in common they are all destined to pass away, all you need to do is wait!

2. COURAGE TO BATTLE OUR FEARS

Terrifying girl looks with scared fearful expression, keeps hands near mouth, has frightened expression, afraids of something, has pleasant appearance, dressed in casual clothes. Negative emotions

What’s a teen afraid of? Well, it is one thing to say no. Why are we victims of peer pressure because we are afraid that our true selves will be discovered? We often suppress ourselves for what we will say. It’s your life their opinion doesn’t matter the only opinion matters is yours. So have the courage to showcase the real you. If a person can’t accept the real you then they don’t deserve to be your friend. You need to be insecure because your demons are the ones that are possessed and disguised by millions of others.

3. BE RECEPTIVE TOWARDS THE CLUES

What if somebody told you about everything that could go wrong in your life ….would you prevent yourself from making those mistakes? The answer is yes! Definitely! spoiler alert that somebody is already someone that lives by your side. Your parents have already lived the life that you are currently living so they are the clues that will lead you to the end of that tunnel. Instead of hiding your mistakes, and dealing with problems on your own just open up to them. You will find many things in common this will not only strengthen your bond with your parents but also will help you attain the right advice at the right time.

In the end, I would just say that don’t waste your teenage crying, closing yourself in the bedroom. Just think practically if you are crying it is just because you are not living it right.
